During my tenure as an Associate Outreach Specialist at the DHS PATH Family Intake Center, I played a pivotal role in coordinating essential services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. I was responsible for detailed data entry into the CARES system, assessing migrant eligibility, and arranging tailored support—including customized accommodations and crisis management. This period was marked by my proactive engagement with clients, clear communication across language barriers, and strong collaboration with law enforcement and other government agencies to ensure safe, efficient shelter placements and comprehensive support services.
